Our company is predominantly composed of professionals specialized in Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) as well as Integrated Project Delivery (IPD). Our team is highly qualified and experienced in project management within the design and construction industry.

Carlos Manuel Delgado

CEO & Founder

Carlos is based in Perú and he is a Senior VDC Mentor and Civil Engineer with over 1,000,000 m² of project experience. Founding member of the BIM Committee of Peru and the VDC Latin America Network. Holds master’s degrees in Administration and Leadership and is VDC-certified by Stanford. A Civil Engineer with 20 years of experience in construction, BIM, Lean Production, and comprehensive project management.

Cecilia Shack

Executive Vice President

Cecilia is based in USA and she is a VDC Mentor and Architect with 18 years of experience, specializing in project planning, business development, and BIM-VDC management. Her expertise is complemented by knowledge in quality systems and design software (BIM 360, Revit). She is creative and passionate about design.

Luis Clavijo

Colombia CEO

Luis is based in Colombia and he is a VDC Mentor and Civil Engineer with over 15 years of experience and 350,000 m² in developments. Holds a master’s degree in construction management and certifications in business management, Lean, and VDC. Specializes in BIM/VDC and 4D-5D planning to enhance project predictability. He runs BIMATED in Colombia, one of our most powerful partners.

Arturo Yanquirimachi

Canada CEO

Arturo is based in Canada and he is a VDC Mentor and Civil Engineer with 18 years of experience, specializing in collaborative contract management and Business Intelligence. Currently serving as Senior Estimator and Data Manager at Onxpress Transportation Partners, contributing to North America’s largest rail project with Metrolinx.
